City of Fresno Parking Meter Bag

Canvaswork has done parking meter bags for the City of Fresno. As you can see at the bottom of the bag a specific legal citation is used to reference the enforcement of parking. This is a fairly common requirement in many states and municipalities. Often times we need the input not only of graphic designers and public affairs officials from local governments but we also need the input of lawyers.

Parking Meter Cover Stock Hood

CanvasWork has the parking meter cover in stock for customers that don’t need any other message than “no parking.” The benefit of ordering this parking meter bag is that it is in stock and there isn’t a screen set up charge. I love the layout of this hood. The sign outline on the bag is favorite for quite of few of our customers.

Rainer Ganahl “Use a Bicycle” Dikeou Gallery

About a year and a half ago CanvasWork was used by the Dieko Gallery to build parking meter bags to be installed through out the city of Denver. The artwork was created by Rainier Ganahl. He is an Austrian born New York based artist. His work consists of photographs, videos and performances. We were given a jpeg image of a cursive “Use a Bicycle” to have printed on both sides of each bag. It was a challenging project because we had to coordinate with the Gallery’s project manager and at the same time use only the artwork supplied by the artist. jpeg images can be difficult because of their low resolution. But we took the image given to us and were able to enlarge it make it work. We were extremely honored to work for such a important artist and with Rachel the project manager for Diekou Gallery.

Double Meter Hoods For a POM Meter

Here is a single parking meter from POM. We recently had to cover a double meter. Which means they are two single meters attached to a single yoke. The demensions of these types of double are larger and require quite a bit more fabric to cover the meter. Typically a double meter bag from Canvas Work will cover most doulbe meters out there. But because of the yoke the spread of the meters become that much greater. We should have caught this before cutting and screen printing of the hood but we didn’t. We redid the meterhoods for our customer and the bags turned out wonderfully. We look forward to having Englewood as a customer for a long time to come.
