I just got reading a nice blog post about why small business fail.

I think most of us, when we start a business, imagine what we will look like a year or five years out. We start of too large and can’t handle the cold shower shock of cash in and cash out. We started our business on the front porch… moved to a basement… then rented a larger commercial space and now operate out of barn. We bought equipment as we went and grew with the business.
