This is the second half or other side of the Rochester Michigan downtown meter bag. Like I said in an earlier post this is a really popular message for a lot of small town merchants associations… especially during the holiday season. Parking meter bags come a long way. No longer are they used just to take a parking meter out of service. They also provide the customer/community member valuable information.
